Tourist Report The United Nations World Tourism Organisation has recently produced a report that states Egypt is still on the rise and a great place to invest in. Tourism has increased by around 20% last year which is great news for those who have already bought here and also for those still considering.
Tourism figures have an effect on property prices and this increase is great news. Top spots in Egypt are still Hurghada and Sharm El Shek closely followed by Cairo. The low cost of living, excellent diving facilities and year round sun are contributing factors which bring visitors back year after year.
