About Egypt
Located in North East Africa and bordering with Libya, Sudan and Israel Egypt is one of the sunniest and hottest places in the world. This desert climate has an annual rainfall of just 1 -2 inches and some places go without seeing rain for a number of years. Whilst the temperature is hot it is also cooled by strong sea breezes along the coastline.
With its low cost of living and all year round sun Egypt is the perfect place to invest in. Be it a holiday home for you and your family or something to rent out, property prices are extremely reasonable. Resorts like Hurghada and Sahl Hasheesh are very popular with investors as its an all year resort with plenty of activities to suit all tastes.
